Well I am a bit frustrated when this kind of things happens.

All I can say is I could not possibly be happier with the support Microsoft has provided me. On older models when I needed repairs they were always prompt and if I paid for repairs they'd give me another year of warranty for the console and free gold time plus always being the first to release content promptly after midnight on release days and I don't have to worry about spyware like Origin or all of a sudden not getting ME3 thraough my preferred service and no DRM headaches and on and on and on. A lot of people think paying for XBL Gold membership is bad....no it's not, it's worth every penny.

Hahahahahaha.....good luck with that....I only spoke to EA customer service twice and they are the most incompetent and least helpful people I've dealt with. Mostly they're just lost so I doubt whoever you speak with will have a clue.

I played the demo and the same thing happened. It said I unlocked them but they do not show up on my BSN. Maybe they do not show up until the actual games come out.

the guy seems rly nice as has gone to find out more info for me so id say they are rly helpful

Because it just said that I have unlocked the items for ME3 and I thought that was it.

Thats what I was trying to say. The DLC items will show up when the games come out.

That does appear to be it....my demo knows I finished it and that my items are unlocked, upon replay I am asked if I want to skip intro since I already saw it and to get right down to business and unlock messages no longer appear but nothing on the BSN and I'm not the only one as others that played and finished it experience the same thing so apparently these items won't appear on the BSN.

And you are right to be frustrated. But it happens. It's like a Skyrim bug. Everyone knows it shouldn't be there, everyone knows they had the time to eliminate it, but still it happens every single occasion, no way around that.

Depends on the subject. I emailed them recently to recover a product key. They answered within minutes with a working key and they gave a coupon to spend on Origin. Not that I would ever spend it but at least they try to give the illusion of being customer friendly.

Other times EA is indeed absurdly incompetent. Sometimes when people have issues related to BioWare products they refer them to the tech forums on this website which is strictly user-to-user. We sometimes have to deal with impatient pricks who demand that we fix issues with their accounts which is something we can't possibly do.

I don't think they ever said that there'd be such a thing. Just that you'd unlock it all.

The most boring part about the demo was when I had to run around in circles for the last five minutes because I had nothing left to do.

I have a question about the Chakram Launcher's unlocking requirements.

In order to complete the demo we need to reach the house where we find the dead mand and the elf woman or do we have to let the "time limit" to elapse? Or, as someone mentioned, we just need to reach the point where we are informed to have unlocked the helm in the retail version of Reckoning?

The trailer we have to watch is the one we see before coming back to the demo main screen, right?

Right i have finished speaking with a nice guy from EA and he said that he tried to get it as a test and couldnt so it seems the game's publishers havent released the demo for ps3 or pc as of yet, it could be later today or tomorrow. He asked a few colleagues and they said the 17th could of been an xbox exclusive release and pc and ps3 would get it either later in the day or 24hrs later

Platform locked. Stated on the FAQ. If you want ME3 unlocks on your 360, play KoA on the 360. Quite annoying.

Nope, you play it the PC version of the demo and it will only unlock on the PC version of ME3.

Finished the demo. Took me almost four hours (I'm a very slow player). And I must say, one of the best xbox demos I've ever played. The only thing that's annoying about it is that's it on time, but you get plenty to do, so no worries.
It's a nice game. Not especially my cup of tea, so I'll probably never buy it, but if this type of games is your thing, then you'll enjoy yourself a lot.
