Not at all. Japan is even further (GMT +9, as I just checked) to the east than Russia, and it's 22:08 here (Moscow time zone, GMT +4). So Japan is ~03:00 Wednesday now. They probably update everything which is supposed to be released on Tuesday at their Wednesday morning.

Problem is, I opted out of that privacy thing, but after I did, it said I unlocked armor in ME3. However, it is not under my game content?

I'm assuming it takes a bit of time.

Brazilian Origin has the demo now. If we have it here, you may be sure everyone else will have too. The bad thing is: I'm at work right now. Good thing is: I can go away now, cause I'm the only one left at the office! But will have to make it up for the next 2 hours I should stay here...
