From their official FAQ:

I want to play Mass Effect 3 and Reckoning on PC. As a PC user, do I need to use Origin in order to be eligible for the Reckoning & Mass Effect 3 Crossover items?

You must create and log in to your Origin account in order to receive the Reckoning & Mass Effect 3 items, but you do not need to have the Origin client/installer. Also, you do not need to play the demo through Origin, but you will still need to create and log in to your Origin account to activate the Reckoning & Mass Effect 3 Crossover item entitlements.

Signing in to your Origin account simply registers that you’ve unlocked the Reckoning & Mass Effect 3 Crossover items, then when you get your full copy of Reckoning and Mass Effect 3, log in again and the items will appear in-game.

So where's the non-Origin download?

What the hell. We need to install Origin to download it, but not play it. I'm looking for alternate sources.

Well, if you played Dragon Age II, you most likely have your XBL and EA accounts linked. IF they're linked, then there should have been a prompt when you started up the demo.

I hit A to accept it and boom, it said I unlocked all this stuff.

the demo sayd if i wanted to share some statistics or data or something and i said yes (i played da2), so i supose that the items are asociated to my account.

Maybe changes was made. And I don't see why it's a big problem. Delete Origins after you've played the demo. Thougj you won't get the items then.

Just beat demo, it was amazing, felt like the game Fable 3 should have been.

Has the complexity of World of Warcraft too.

One last thing, Knight Captain Cullen voice acts an awesome werewolf! Lolololololol

You need to register with Origin if you want the bonus items. Just saying.

We can. We just need to log in with our Origin account from within game. No need for the client at all.
