Did anyone else find the game boring? I felt it was too much action,the art style looks cartoony and the story didn't feel very serious IMO.
The art style was a bit cheap looking - same feel as torchlight to me. I didn't get in to whatever story there was but that might just be the short dip into the world the demo gave you.
There was an awful lot to the combat - ranged, melee, magic, blocking, combos but overall it felt pretty fluid in what it did for all those options. Nice action RPG controls. Very fluid it to swap "styles" mid combat and keep going but it is clearly very much an action type game and not tactical.
Hated the crappy looting/inventory scheme and the all-too-often-pointless plant harvesting. It felt like a 29.99 game and not a 59.99 game to be honest.
