Am just curious, from which retailer in Canada should I preorder Mass effect 3, in order to get all the goodies involved (N7 defender, rifles and so on)?

Impossible. You can't get all the exclusive pre-order items with a single pre-order.
Gamestop/EB Games offer the most: N7 Valkryie Rifle, Defender Armor, and the M55 Argus Rifle.
Origin exclusive: AT-12 Shotgun

Hopefully they release all the preorder content in a day one dlc too, i doubt we get much as a pre order bonus in the uk.

I thought if you preordered the N7 Collectors Edition from GameStop/EB you would get pretty much all the bonuses except the Origin exclusive shotgun was I wrong?
