Hi all,
Having a few issues here, all of them major.
First off:
I can no longer access all my stored CD keys on BioWare's site where I had them stored. I keep my CDs in a binder, and all of my game manuals in my basement. As I'm sure some of you have heard, Hurricane Irine took a stroll up the east coast, and up here in Vermont, my basement flooded. My manuals - with the only had copy of all my CD keys - are destroyed. The CD's thankfully are "waterproof".
Now this would not be as big a deal to me except I have literally hundreds of dollars in these CD keys.
Here's my list:
Neverwinter Nights
Hoards of the Underdark
Shadows of Undrentide
Premium Modules (all of which I paid for) are no longer authenticating even though I am under the impression they are now free.
Neverwinter Nights 2
Mask of the Betrayer
Storm of Zehir
Mass Effect 1
Pinnacle Station
Bring Down The Sky
Mass Effect 2
Cerberus Network and several paid DLC items as well.
Dragon Age: Origins
no DLC
Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age are still showing as registered, but I can no longer find keys for *anything* else. This presents a real problem, especially for Mass Effect, because of the way ME2 was coded, it will not import a save from a different hard drive, so my decisions in fact will *not* transfer to ME3.
I Emailed BioWare a few weeks back to no avail
Called EA today, they forwarded me to the Star Wars support line
Star Wars forwarded me to EA Origins
EA Origins forwarded me here.
I want a resolution. I have been passed around back and fourth and led on every time. Want to know how to get a BDTS key? Here:

Go ahead, try them both. You'll never be more @&^@@*(&$ to land at the www.bioware.com homepage. This has been the story for trying to find ANY of my CD keys.
This is turning into one of those "I'm a loyal customer finding out my loyalty is meaningless" situations Bioware, I have always bought BioWare games (I even bought a stupid ipod touch, used, to play your Galaxy game because you wouldn't release a game on the majority shareholder Android, and I *HATE* apple, I literally destroyed it with a hammer after I finished the game) and bought Sonic Chronicles for the DS (and bought the DSi that day too). I may question your platform choice on Mass Effect Galaxy and may not support NWN2 made by obsidian as much as I should, but I have always pre-ordered your games, always been a staunch supporter, and I feel like I'm left out in the cold here. I have been asking for support for a month, and if you count the time I requested support/info EIGHT YEARS AGO for a cracked NeverWinter Nights game disk that I *STILL* have not received even a reply to... You'll begin to understand my frustration and feeling very futile and hopeless requesting support here. I really hope to be proven wrong, and if I can't play Mass Effect 1 (without re-purchasing it, and trying to find a way to get a non-existant CD Key for BDTS, again), I might as well cancel my ME3 pre-order. Mass Effect is my favorite series, ever. I have never enjoyed a game as much (2nd place is NWN). I suppose I'm lucky that Baldurs Gate 1&2 and IceWind Dale 1&2 survived in the attic. but that does not solve my problem that it appears I will *NEVER* be able to play BDTS because your system for getting a key is defunct even if I did go buy another copy.
I am sorry if I seem short, but I am BEYOND frustrated, I have never pirated a single BioWare game, and yet a quick google search for "Mass Effect serial" reveals hundreds of results. I just want to have MY keys, I shouldn't have to resort to that, and I won't even touch the topic of which road *should* be easier (I'll give you a hint, the illegal option should NOT be the easy one). Please, help me. I'm trying to support you, trying to give you money, and I feel like it's all for nothing.
Lastly, let me share a thought on DLC (and this isn't just BioWare, but it frustates me that a prestigious company like BioWare would participate). Since I don't have the money to pre-order for 8 different retailers and buy 8 copies of the game, I am deemed undeserving of a complete game experience. <-- just a thought on exclusive preorder bonuses. I'll give you Mass Effect 3 where I would only have to buy 2 copies of the same collectors edition to get the full experience. I realize this will never change, thats fine. I just want my legally purchased CD keys so I can go back to playing.

Really trying to be patient here, I understand looking up CD keys is not a quick thing (seriously, the verification must suck trying to dig through the old BioWare site), but a reply to let me know something is in progress or an update would be super cool BioWare...

Bioware doesn't keep a close watch on any Social Forum, that's first. These are gamer forums, primarily. The Legacy Forums are gone, and their contents are almost certainly gone with them. You can have little hope of a recovery of either the forums themselves or your lost records.

Try to pm Chris Priestly for an official reply, though it might not be what you wanted to hear (as Gorath Alpha has indicated).
You may need to consider re-purchasing the older games. Gamersgate.com is currently a good option. NWN games are all there with the entire collection available at a 40% discount. Also Mass Effect 1 & 2 have a 75% discount atm.

Flash! I may have been premature (about the records). Here's Fred's comment from Europe:Gorath Alpha wrote...
