Problem with NPC's

Hey everyone, I have just made an initial area with an npc, but both the NPC and the character appear as silhouettes, anyone know how to solve this problem?

Make sure you have both static and baked lights. Baked lights will only light the level, not any dynamic objects. Also might want to check your post as it looks very, very strange to me. As in about two pages long

haha yeah I don't know what the hell happened there. Well I solved the problem turns out my light was not set to illuminate characters only levels. Thanks for your help anyways.
