While the Free Marches plunge into turmoil following the incidents in Starkhaven and Kirkwall and Orlais tears itself apart in the frenzy of a civil war; Ferelden stands firm and united. Synopsis: The tower has stained glass windows that does not let in much natural light. They are placed so far up that she cannot look outside, and she wonders if they have built it so in the hopes that if she cannot see the outside world, she will forget about it and let all dreams of a life outside the tower go. She traces secret patterns on the stone walls and paints pictures of memories on the back of her eyelids. She creates a tiny winter in the palm of her hand, and carry an unknown longing within her heart. The thought that there is no way out is a heavy one.
