No, they would sell the actual DLC codes and not the models. The prices can get high of course but that is only because people need to cover the expenses as well as leverage how bad people want it. I'm sure closer to release information will be more readily given on the DLC and if all else fails wait until others buy it.

Hopefully you're right, I just assume there would be more money/trust in selling it sealed. xP
Anyways I'm sure Bioware will let us know more about this later, maybe this little "Happy Meal Maneuver" of theirs with the figures/DLC could even be released to everyone eventually. x]
