Hello everyone i am totally lost , after stayin the whole day making a
research on how to buy bioware points and getting my credit card
rejected i finally got them from the Origin store and i got this
message:

"Thankyou for your purchase. Your order is currently being processed. You
will receive an email shortly confirming your purchase and including
delivery information".



I purchased those points yesterday and i have no idea what to do i have no points , no mail no nothing

I can't believe this i finally got the points and i said well stuff happens so i bought another 1600 points for the Dragon Age DLC ... and guess what i have no points or mail yet again. Seriously how do you guys think people will come back to buy stuff in here?

This is the worst service i have ever seen , there is no confirmation email , no way to see your purchases , at least give me the points for the love of God and let this nightmare end. I will never repeat this mistake.

Nvm i just got a friend to buy the points AGAIN for me in USA you can keep the 20 bucks. Worse service EVER
