 So i was trying to survive the project Rho battle, and each time I died I kept reloading the autosave. Then I accidentally reloaded the "restart mission" tab instead. As soon as the missions started "Saving conent" and the auto save was overwritten to that.

Lost like 1.5 hours

Unlucky. That's why I always make a hard-save right before the Object Rho fight.
