I can't say I am overwhelmed by that. It's not ugly or anything. But I expected something ... flashier.S.A.K wrote...
Still they can't go very far from that and the basic shape will be the same.Armass81 wrote...

This is also a quarian design I could live with.
I could live with that. Original, similar to the asari but... Sexy.

Nope. We disagree on that brother.
Definitely do not agree on that end.
It boggles how unimaginative it is to assume alien must mean unnatractive.
Biologically correct how? Through science studies towards the Human Brain.

Honestly, the devs shos reveal a Quarians face BUT not Tali's. That it let's the Tali fans run around and make cute little drawings of her face. I want Bioware to create the basics of a Quarian face but let the fans create what Tali looks like for themselves. That way no-one loses, we find out what Quarians look like and Tali's face will not be ruined.
LOL what? Tali is one of my favourite squadmates and the main LI, I need to see her face... I burn with the fire of one thousand suns! seriously though, I have to see it.

Ah well. We'll all have personal preference.
Personally I'd like to see her face to put my mind at rest. But, you know.

As a result of our evolution, we aren't supposed to have sex with other species, thus, aliens are not supposed to be attractive. Exceptions from this rule happen but in humans they tend to be deviations rather than the norm.

I suppose so in theory, but I for one, have no issue with inter-species relations. Call me sad, but the thought of sex with an alien turns me on.

It's not sad to be attracted to someone with exotic features. It's part of our instinct for some humans to gravitate towards people with obviously different physical traits. Interracial couples occur out of instinct to increase genetic diversity in our offspring. The more variety in the genetic code, the more likely they'll be born with advantages over diseases, climate changes, even intelligence. Even though we know in game that Tali or Garrus is an alien and thus impossible to have kids with, it's still our instincts telling us that despite the apparent physical differences, they are close enough in resemblance and intelligence to us to be potential partners.

Agreed. =)
Although my girlfriend does not jump at joy to the fact I take a more then normal interest in Tali. I'm not insane so far as to say, I'd go searching the internet for something to arouse me in a time of "need".
But, I do take interest in a relationship between my Shepard and Tali.

Hah, that SW alien is too much grey alien - even for me! As I stated, mix that with a human and you have a good template.

It's not sad or wrong, it's just not what's expected of the average person. I doubt many people would be excited if it turned out Tali had a penis.KadianK wrote...

If you're not imagining yourself in Shepard's place with Tali, then you can always say your fondness for Shepard being with Tali is like wanting a family member to end up with the right person because they are so good together. Too often in a sci-fi setting we have no control over who the hero ends up with in a relationship, so when we actually can affect the outcome in this, it can be a little hard to tell between infatuation and simple fan glee at seeing our favorite characters get together.
Also, you can say that you like Tali because she reminds you of your girlfriend.
