They should look like pale protoss with a mouth. And I only thought of that since that picture on the first page looks like a happy-cute version of Kerrigan.

Posting once again that I APPROVE this and hope Tali's looks like this in ME3 if revealed.

While it would not ruin the game for me, it would seriously lessen my respect and appreciation for the people responsible.

Ewwww, no. The cat face doesn't match their personality, the eyes shouldn't be yellow, the hair is worse than no hair at all, while still having frickin fringes. To top it all, the skin is colored as yogurt!

As a Talimancer, I approve of this quarian . Though the description of the quarian ear make them sound not so human and the eyes might need to change.

Meh. Space elves? I'd rather keep them hidden.

And they are my second favorite species in the ME universe.

There is no way Bioware will un-mask Tali. They had a chance in ME2 for this and opted out, wisely. Our collective imaginations have made it so nothing can ever live up to the hype. Most of the time when there is an enigmatic character & they have a mysterious visage, it is better to keep it that way. I can think of a few examples of epic failures in this realm...(Boba Fett)

Still pissed about Boba Fett. And that was a decade ago.

If they show us Tali's face, I will toss a kitten into the Hudson.

The key word in that is "wisely". But at this point the Talimancers are really pouting so Bioware might feel they need to do something. What concerns me is that we've seen some dumb things lately like Edi being an android to satisfy the Joke/Edi fan fiction, there's rumors of Garrus and Tali hooking up, and now Jessica Cobot is in the game. I think the writers are gonna play the stupid card and show her face.

The safest thing they could do is show a quarian's face, but not Tali's.

If they show her face, then it'll probably go down as one of the cheesiest scenes in the franchise, and one of the biggest cases of "fan service" in video game history.

It's wondering wha'ts under that mask, and realizing it's just some clone of some dude who's only claim to fame was that he was killed by Samuel L. Jackson without even putting up a fight.

It was about as unsatisfying as a Michael Bay movie. It sucked, there was no mystery or badassitude to the character anymore.

I REALLY don't want Tali to be the typical looking space elf. Make her face have a creep look to it (but not to butt ugly). It would help by giving her jagged teeth.

I want aliens to look like fraking aliens. I don't want Bioware to pull a star trek and make more almost human looking aliens (http://tvtropes.org/...rForeheadAliens).

To that I say look what Jango did before attack of the clones and look at what Boba did after on the Star Wars wiki. They did PLENTY of badass things in their life times

Jack's romance scene was disturbing.  She cried through the whole thing.  Made me uncomfortable.

I agree however the shaded face you see below the visor doesn't leave too much room for "alien" face... it would go against what we've already seen if they made her look like the predator or somethingPosted Image

This whole discussion reminds me of when Star Wars fans kept asking Lucas how the Force works, and then he gave us that whole "Midichlorian" nonsense. SW fans overwhelmingly reject that now, and prefer to view the Force as a purely mystical concept, even though they had asked Lucas for an explanation in the first place.

So, if Bioware does reveal Tali's face, and it's as well received as "Midichlorians" were, you Talimancers who asked for this will have no one to blame but yourselves.

Its a splendid example on how not to do. Lucas completely misunderstood the value of the archetypical interpretation which makes "the force" the force. One of many things he apparently missed with his newer films.

Quarian faces will of course fail if Bioware do the same mistake as Lucas.

No doubt a majority of fans would agree. Especially talimancers. And thats the reason why it must be done right.
