Shepard attaining victory in any way other than a pyrrhic victory.

I'll only be satisfied with the ending if Shepard manages to shatter the cycle of destruction, thus defeating the Reapers, with such a tremendous amount of casualties, that some species will be unable to repopulate their numbers. Depending on Shepard's actions, preparations, etc, you may prevent total extinction, but even so, there -should- be partial genocide, and if you screw up -- Well, it is rather obvious, the Reaper win.

It may seem like a grim ending, but given the circumstances, conditions, knowledge upon the enemy, current technology; Then chances of victory are beneath minuscule.

I'll rather accept a grim, devastating victory, over an unrealistic piece of mockery, just to satisfy the player. ( But then again, I know that the second will happen, which is why, I consider it to be the worst ending. )

Everyone gets their heads replaced with toilets, and the illusive man becomes a gold toilet...yet with his eyes somehow still attached with the toilet staring at shepard screaming "THIS IS WHAT I WANTED"...and the reapers take them off into space to make content for Sims Social.

The worst ending is if the game experience is that of a playable movie, with forced stories somehow counting for "RPG Elements!" in the mind of the developers.

Part of the goodness of ME2 was choosing the path. Forcing the individual endings to the individuals stories on us without alternatives, well, that is the real bad ending.

Shepard's LI is about to die. Shepard then pulls a Molly Weasley and shouts "NOT MY [Boyfriend/Girlfriend] you [expletive]!!!!!!!" before casting the killling curse on the lead reaper, causing all the other reapers to run away scared.

Shepard either pulls a Revan or takes an arrow in the knee *troll face*

But really OP worst ending will pretty much be the Reaper's win and the cycle continue's as normal

I wouldn't mind if Shepard pulled a Revan actually. I found that novel actually quite good despite for the very sombre ending.

Or simply Harbinger makes his getaway back to the true Masters behind the Reapers and then calls upon a new armada of Reapers from another galaxy to come and complete the harvest. By defeating the Reapers in the Milky Way, Reapers in neighboring galaxies will came in the masses.

Shepard recruits Equestria in the war effort. With the power of friendship Twilight Sparkle and friends defeat the reapers and Shep and crew ride/fly off into the sunset. Wait, worst ending? This is BEST ending!

If you saved the galaxy 3 times in the span of 3 years, wouldn't you want a break?

After the first cutscenes at the beginning of the game, a screen pops up asking for your credit card number. When you enter it, a message that says "SUCKERS!! WE GOT YOU MONEY!!!!" appears and the game fades to the ending credits. If you don't enter any information, the whole Milky Way universe blows up due to the Reapers wrath after the first cutscene, then it fades to the ending credits.

Shepard beats the reapers and kisses the LI as a white out occurs on the screen, then it turns out Shepard is a patient in an asylum getting lobotomized.
