I really do hate the way they're trying to sell this as a "great entry point" - what a load of old tosh! You don't watch Star Wars from Return of the Jedi and class A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back as "back story", some of the biggest load of marketing rubbish I ever did hear :P

Are people still complaining about this?

I would have expected the writing team to be larger. I'm surprised it's just 8. They must be kept busy.

Eight writers is still quite the number when it comes to video game writing as a whole, though. I actually find it kind of impressive. But it can also turn out horribly if there is no sufficient communication between the various writers, which I hope there is.

Well, i was kinda disappointed with that BioWare Pulse episode... Nothing new. Casey already said the exact same things that the writer just said.

Silverman is hilarious and has good energy and actually very good voice inflection. The Kinect bit was classic!

I see David hasnt changed since he was working for/with EALA.

*waits impatiently for stuff on weapon mods/RPG elements*

Funny how we usually get in-depth stuff on combat but with everything else it's just marketspeak. :P

I'll get called all kinds of names and insults - but I'm dying to see some video with the dialogue wheel. So much from what we've seen is straight up cutscenes.

How many writers do we know of?

Mac, Preston, Corey, Casey (?), although chances are he just oversees it and gives is approval/disapproval, who am I missing?

EDIT: Yeah, I don't think Corey is a writer, who's the Swedish/Canadian guy that wrote LotSB? Man, I suck.

Here's your dialogue wheels ^_^.

Many dialogue wheels. Some richer dialogue wheel starting at 8:54. Enjoy :police:.

Can contain some light spoilers of course.

Ahh awesome - I had only seen a tid bit of that - hadn't seen the whole thing.

Cheers!

Edit: Of course - it would be nice to see more of it with official marketing :P

Even if I love behind the scene stuff, this last two episodes were too shallow. This one especially.

Lol I use to watch him do those Battlecast Primetimes videos. He even did the same "Your locked in..." line.

You know what.... I think Silverman should do a short sketch like Etarn Trion did in Rodam Expeditions (ME2 citadel shopkeeper) to promote ME3. That would suit his energetic nature and would be good for a few laughs while promoting the game.

Eight writers, at least five missions each? Hmm...

Sounds good to me!

I really wish there was FemShep love in these episodes, guess she doesn't exist.

I wonder if "absence of evidence is not evidence of absence" would be a fitting response to this? Nah. There has got to be something better...

Oh well back to reading the leaked script la lala la.

Totally agree! i'm a guy and was always more drawn to my female character mainly due to the superior voice acting.  I always enjoyed playing as her more.

I don't see why they don't. She has been on the  cover of  the official sony playstation magazine.  Game has caught on,and is using femshep on their advertising box things.

Well, no mention of assignments, so I'm hoping those are a separate count than missions.

So, would it kill them to show SOMETHING from the first Mass Effect, just to prove that they haven't tried to completely wash their hands of it?

Yeah, 'cause it's not like they're gonna have a bunch of returning characters from that game play prominent roles or anything...
