Does anyone else automatically look in the YouTube comments for people saying at what point the actual *content* of a BioWare Pulse video commences? And then skip to that point? And then scrabble desperately to close the tab when the content ends, so as to avoid being told to "Keep [my] finger on the pulse"? Or is that just me.

You're not alone, no :D seriously the first bit really pisses me off though... i wish they would have dcreased the number of the episodes and isntead would give us a long and good behind the Mass Effect video or something

Opening with a preorder dlc ad... probably not the best way to set the tone for your video. That said, I like the design philosophy behind the writing, and it goes a long way towards explaining why some of the missions in ME2 worked as well as they did.

I mean, I just really...really......really don't like David Silverman's face. Or his voice. Or anything that comes out of his mouth.

EA dog.

EDIT: Yep...I'm probably getting it for that last bit. Guess it's a good thing I don't use OriginSpyware so I can keep playing my games when I get a forum ban.

Oh, give him a break.
So the kid was new and wet-behind-the-ears when EA kicked him onto the stage and told him to chatter at the crowds. I think he's been getting his act together in recent months. If he just stopped that whole 'keep your fingers ON THE PULSE!!!' business he'd be well and truly tolerable.Image IPB

Silverman is okay. He has these few ridiculous lines, but really, he's just doing his job. Just be glad that Bioware Pulse even exists.

Its hard to concentrate on anything Mass Effect after it was announced that Steam users are gonna get shafted. Real shame too coz Mass Effect's story is one of the main reasons i play it. Got ME1 and ME2 + every DLC possible on Steam. Now i can't finish my trilogy.

Oh well, guess i'll just not buy it and watch the ending on youtube. What a waste

...Just be glad that an advertisement even exists?  Uh, no thanks!  I just want information about the game without having to wade through slick huckster crap.  That is not wrong.

Is it really so difficult to skip ahead in the video?

I really wish that how the previous games tie in wasn't a distant secondary concern.

Its the main draw of the game...

Yeah how dare they try to sell their product.  What are they thinking trying to make a living? *sarcasm*

Hah. Nice overreaction. No one said they couldn't advertise at all.

Look, if you truly enjoy that kind of blather, you know where to put your finger.  (On the pulse!  Geez, what did you think I meant?)
