I have a rival-romance with Anders, and after the scene where he asks to live in the estate with me (I accept), he's no where to be found. I can't find him anywhere in my estate, even if I leave then come back. Is that a bug or is it intentionnal?

I'm not sure about Anders romance, but in Merrill's case she can say she's going to move in during Act 2, but doesn't actually do so until Act 3

If i remember correctly, the LI is only found in the house in act 3. In act 2 they are out of the house, even after "moving in".
