Arrival: Object RhoHad a lot of "fun" making this one. The end result is pretty good I think. Maybe not the best Vanguard ever or anything, but it was fairly quick, although not as fast as the ReaveSoldier with the Revenant (like 15s slower I think).
Did have some issues making this. Besides standard issue things like "Can't get a lock" and animation immunity, had a few things that I should have saved the video of. I managed to get people stuck in the ceiling with Slam a couple times. Had a good run that was derailed at the last guard and the YMIR. They were pretty close and I charged the guard... he went flying and the YMIR disappeared. Killed the guard and then noticed I could still hear the YMIR stomping around, but it was nowhere. Tried shooting all over the place to find it, but nothing. Was stuck. If I had the grenade launcher I might have blown myself up and just used that as my video

I note in the comments that I thought perhaps a standard Vanguard would be better here. This in fact is one of the few missions where I actually felt a little bit undergunned (Horizon being the notable other). Maybe surprisingly I didn't feel too bad early with the Avenger. At any rate this was partly because of the trouble I had with Pyros. Typically I ended up trying to do what is shown in the video, ie strip shields then Slam and then try to ignite their tanks while they are on the ground. About the time they would stand up they would explode and ignite nearby enemies. With the Claymore you can charge and fire and many times you will ignite them, and all you have to do is get to a safe distance. This is much trickier with the Revenant. You can charge a fully shielded Pyro but you will probably not get much past the shields by the time your slow-down ends and the charge stagger wears off. Sometimes Inferno will make them do the dance and you are good. Other times you can try to melee them. The problem is that all of this takes time and you will be taking fire from the other units. If you attempt to charge just to stun them, then run away you are very close to the range of the flame when he comes out of stun, assuming you stormed in the correct direction. You could of course try to strip shields and then charge them to send them flying, but that usually wasn't as feasible for me. What is fun is igniting their tanks and then charging so that they go flying into a group of enemies.
I mentioned Viper because it is a very nice ranged option. You could probably ignite their tanks in the time it takes me to strip their shields with the Revi. You would also have a shotgun with higher burst damage for up close. But I don't think this is quite as dramatic as the Claymore. If you were using the Scimitar, I think it would almost be a wash against the Revenant, but perhaps a little stronger.
The rest of the base is uploading. I don't have any issues with the Revenant on the normal missions.
