Are the various romance options in origins available for a dwarf warden? For instance, a female dwarf and alistar.

I believe so.
Some have made comments about how humorous it can be to see a dwarf next to ____ during conversations, hugs, & whatever.
Also there are the typical romances for a dwarf noble (Gorim for females and the Noble Hunters for males)-I think I found it was possible to take both Noble Hunters to bed and get one of them pregnant (leads to its own subquest later).. though I'm not sure you would refer to that as a romance or not.

Dwarves can romance all LIs available to their sex. So lady dwarves can get it on with Alistair, Zevran or Leliana, and dude dwarves can get with Morrigan, Zevran, or Leliana.
If you are on PC, there are some mods for some of the LIs to fix their animations with dwarves (I know vanilla game Zevran kisses right on the nose...). They're generally a part of whatever "romance scenes" packs are available, if they're available.
