 I know that they don't have one, but I was always curious: If you could create a friendship/rivalry bonus for Bethany and Carver, what would it be? 

Here's what I'd put them at: 

Bethany Friendship: The Brightest Spot: Isolated from practically everyone growing up, your constant support means the world to Bethany. (Fire/Cold/Lightning/Spirit/Nature Resistance: +15%)

Bethany Rivalry: Crumbling Pedestal: Coming to Kirkwall has really opened Bethany's eyes to what it means to be a mage, andhow little support they truly have in the world. (Physical Force +25%, Elemental Force: +25%)

Carver Friendship: Unexpected Ally: Carver is surprised to see how much you two think alike. It feels good to fight behind someone who understands (Cooldown time for Carver -5%, Cooldown time for Hawke -5%)

Carver Rivalry: In the Shadows...Again: There's no way Carver's going down...no way he's going to be second-best to you. (Magic Resistance +5%, Damage Resistance +5%)
