That's kinda why I didn't try on a Male Dalish Elf. I made him ugly on purpose instead.Rolenka wrote...
Male elves are impossible. They have this weird thing where their cheekbones and jaw are wider than the middle of their face, making their half-profile look screwy. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
Creator tip: If ya can't make them look very good, make them look very bad instead!

Male elves are difficult to change but it can be done. You need to use the toolset. You will not get desirable results if you try to change them in the character generation screen.
I might try that. Which file do you need to open in the toolset? The character creation file, the saved game, etc. I'm not at my home PC...

Bask in her beautiful horror!

Edit: I've gotten attached to Solona (Insert random large number here.
Edit 2: Transferred the Slider Settings Pic's home base from my idiot broken Site Album, to my Picasa Public Album.

Also I'm very bored with the hair in the game, if anyone uses a hair mod does it work right in game? Does it look ok in the game?
Any tips on character creation would be much appreciated!

I need help, I can't make a character that I like! I like the first female preset, but can never seem to get the cheeks/jaws right. Anyone have any tips or sliders to share using preset one?

The main purpose of this Thread is to post Pics of your Slider Settings for your character to show others how to recreate it. It's for those that struggle at figuring out how to make characters that look good.General_A6 wrote...

I've never uploaded pictures here before. Hope this works. Sorry about the crappy quality, I only have a PS3, and thus, I can't take any screenshots. The rest of the sliders are in my album, if anyone is interested;

If it's difficult to see the face preset, it is the one of a nearly criminally ugly elf with Alistair's haircut.
EDIT: Finally! I posted my first image!
In hindsight, I think I probably should have used the eye shape farthest to the left on the slider.

She said that she did it using the Character Creator, which is the same for all the platforms. All of the sliders are there, so it should be possible to recreate her character no matter what you're playing on. If that's what you want.

Ok so mine won't slide, they just click to a disignated spot... so how do you get the sliders to SLIDE????

Not entirely sure what you mean here. If you choose an eye/nose/face shape, it will click to a designated point as the shapes are sort of just presets you choose between. Now,when you alter things like eye/nose/jaw/what-have-you size, height and width, the sliders should slide. It doesn't do that for you?
