another triology ? prequel ? sequel? another  game not mass effect related? a game related to some franchise like kotor did ?


IMO i want a new game from them just to let this franshise rest lets say 4 years , then i want them to start a new triology but a sequel to mass effect 3.

what about you guys, what you want this team do after mass effect 3 .

To tell you the truth, nothing. I think Mass Effect should end on a high note instead of being stretched and wrung out. If another Mass Effect game comes out though I will get, but I think they should end it with Mass Effect 3.

Yeah.  They aren't going to just start some random new franchise.  If anything, they will start a new trilogy with a new protagonist and an entirely new roster for squad members.


Or, they could go the popular and annoying route by making it just another random and generic "multiplayer" TPS to swim in the sea of countless other generic multiplayer TPS...or even worse, making it an MMORPG.

Nothing. There's ME3 and the movie dropping. Let them take a step back, look at what they have, and figure out the next step from there.

My worry is that any future games after Mass Effect 3 will just not be very good at all. Basically turning the Mass Effect name into a instant money grab game. I see a lot of potential with the Mass Effect series, but if future games are just going to be bad then I would rather have it end with ME3. I will look foward to any new Mass Effect game after ME3, and hope they put the same effort they did with ME3.

There's no reason to rush things. ME3 isn't even out yet and people keep asking for more. It's like pushing an artist to keep on working. Let BW take some time off and get rejuvenated or they will burn out their creativity.

A new trilogy with a new protagonist and a new epic storyline.

But; I want them to take their time and work out a really great storyline before they go forward.

I also don't think the Reapers should be the main antagonist next time, they (or at least their tech) might play a role; but I'd prefer a more relatable villain like Saren.

Looking at Star Wars, there are sometimes sh*t( Star Wars prequels), but also sometimes stuff that surprise original trilogy( Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic).

It's a risk, but long enough it's in hands of competent people who care about that franchise, it's gonna be at least worth reading/watching/playing.

Either a series that happens concurrent to the current one (maybe starting and ending earlier) with subtle references to what we played out (therefore the transfer game still works) or a entirely new game but I want both after a large time of consideration. Bioware should not bend to EA marketing men and make a half decent game
