I can't speak for everyone else, but I am extremely anti-piracy and do not pirate at all.  I just like my piracy and the right to actually own games I buy without the worry that my access to them might be removed at anytime ... without the ability to protest said denied access.

You can use an editor to convert your saves from PC to Xbox. I think you have found your solution.

the funny part is that this link showed me a recension that said "Spiel ist eines der besten das je erschienen ist. Das mit Origin wurde gefixed also endlich die verdienten 5 Sterne", which essentially says how awesome the game is after origin has been fixed now. huh, go figure.

I was commenting on the priating part of the statement smart-ass.
I know it's hard, but try to pay attention?

Your missing the point that most of these people who will end up pirating the game are normally AGAINST pirating and would gladly give their money for quality products.  The guy was a 14 year loyal customer FFS, you treat that like it is worth nothing.

Don't get mad at people because they value their privacy, jr.

I'm not getting mad at people for disliking Origin. I'm getting mad at people for turning questionable because of it, and hey, threatening (or atleast saying) they'll break the law because of it.

i havent had a problem with origin ever i use it for battlefield 3 and iv been in online servers with 11 ping in a match with 60+ players i think uralldoinitwrong now when is this earlie acess beta going to be released

Pretty sure PS3 saves are on lockdown. Can't be modified and I think they can't even be shared. I might be wrong on that bit though.

I used to really respect your company a few years ago but due to obvious changes in your management it's clear you've lost sight of what a company like your own should aim to do. I enjoyed both Mass Effect games and even took it upon myself to read some of the literature so it's unfortunate to see this happen but I simply will not support this. I did give Origin an honest go. I've been gaming for quite some time.

When I use Steam, I watch my HD that contains my games and steam spin up.
When I use Origin, I watch ALL 5 HD's of mine spin up.
This alone is bad enough.

The interface is poor. The way you access games is shoddy. Almost all my gaming buds who have also tried Origin feel the same way. The rare person who still uses it, complains about the massive number of crashes.

Sadly, PS3 saves are account AND region locked. No luck there.

And this is one of the actions German players took to succesfully force EA to change the EULA there. If you look at the comments, you don't even need to know German. It's 99% "origin origin origin"

I have to agree.
I own ME1 and ME2 on steam (just like DA:O and DA2) and I'm very dissapointed that I'm now supposed to fragment my collection.
The reason I use steam is that I have everything in one place, it's simple, often cheap and my friends use it. With Origin, none of these are the case (imo). I even went as far as buying KotOR and ME1 again on steam, even though I own a physical, working, copy, just to have it all in one place.
It might look like I just registered this account, but my old bioware forums account that I used to use is no longer vallid as it seems. I've been a loyal Bioware customer since KotOR. This might be the point where I quit buying Bioware games.
Origin is a non-starter for me. It's the same reason I don't play BF3, even though I would love to.

It seems like I'm at an impasse now, because I REALLY want to play ME3 and also financially reward the studio (I bought all my Bioware games at full price from steam or at retail at some point.
Now the question is whether I buy the game at retail and then pirate it to not have to deal with Origins, or if I just wait for the game to eventually come out on steam (ie never).
I'm still very much undecided on that question, the only thing I'm sure about is that Origin will never flip a bit on any of my hard drives.
