I recently received this email from  star wars & my first response to it was “**** OFF! Star wars”... perhaps these automatic assuming spams are fine in the US but in my country they are considered rude in the extreme... my account was setup to bata test their product for them “happy to help” and the issues I had logging into it is because the automatic account security they have in place is counter intuitive as for the finny veiled threats to suspend my now superfluous account... “what ever”.

The MMO ToR is not handled in these forums. The members here are game players, and interaction with bioware personnel is so minimal it might as well not exist. Your complaint cannot reach anyone that matters. Contact EA, not your fellow game players. We don't play MMOs, with the exception of the Warhammer folks, who are a minority outside of the forums set up here for their discussions.
