I recently reinstalled ME1 and went on to install the DLC's. I found my Bring down the sky CD key I've written on a paper and put in the box, but I cannot remember what I did with Pinnacle Station. I am sure I bought the DLC, I remember very clearly because of how horrible EA's website is. I had both DLC installed and played through before deleting the game.

I can't remember how I got to download Pinnacle Station. I think there was some sort of Downloader, that may or may not have been connected to my main EA account. I've checked my email where I usually receive confirmation emails for every purchase I make, but can't find a confirmation for Pinnacle Station. It just seems weird to me, that I would not write down a cd key I bought. It's not a mistake I would do, so that makes me think, that I was probably sure I had the key somewhere on the interwebz, but I can't find it. Come to think of it, even if I find the cd key, I have no idea how I will download the DLC. The EA Store website now is even more horrible than what I remember 2 or 3 years ago, which is an achievement in itself.

I don't think it's a gamebreaker for me really, I plan to play a safe, that's before Sheppie becoming a Spectre and even if it doesn't let me play it, I can just start a fresh one. I just won't buy the same thing twice, just because you don't support one of your best games properly anymore.

I'm in the same position, it's a long time ago and I can't seem to remember how I aquired the DLC.

It's not showing up on my origin account, which seems strange...


EDIT: I'm an idiot and it seems I downloaded Pinnacle Station on another account/email address

You need to visit EA's website, and download their Origin spyware distribution platform, and hope its linked to your account still.
Personally, I wouldnt bother.

It's not linked to the EA Account, I'm on the same boat of them, I bought it a couple of months about before ME2 release, and now can't find the confirmation email..

Since I changed my computer a couple of months ago I just reinstalled ME1, luckly I kept safe the BDTS cdkey, but I can't seem to find the installers for BDTS (which I'm re downloading now) and Pinnacle Station on my computer :/
