Hi I was wondering if I can get help on what would good gear for a DW rouge assassin/shadow be through the game shuc ass rings/amulet/weaps/armor and for the final gear. Thanks!

The Item Packs provides great gear (though the armor from Warrior Pack 1 is Fugly as hell). If you don't have that DLC, then every act also provides a full armor set by completing certain missions.
Since you're playing as a Rogue, in act 1 you'd get the Last Decent Armor, in Act 2 you'd get the Ensalin Armor, and in Act 3 you'll get the Mantle of the Champion.
Also, since you're a rogue and if you have Mark of the Assassin, I suggest getting the Uncertainty Set by playing that DLC. It's a Ring-Ring-Amulet combo that'll add 10 to your cunning.
