Michelangelo, goes back to our roots really. (to the Samara boobage question)
Having said that lemme just edit in to say I do adore Samara, it's just that the lighting isn't always very favorable to her cleevage.

Gorgeous, and while I understand why Thane might have "Health reasons," (Kepral right?) what's Samara's excuse? :P

Silly, she has the asari version of Kepral's.

If anything is "wrong," it's irrelevant. It's only a defect if it does harm, and if it only harms your sensibilities, it doesn't count.

Doesn't human fluid/foods/etc harm Turians and Quarians and vice versa. So isn't that a pretty big "defect" of the pairing that they must overcome? I'd personally have a hard time seeing all those defects not inflicting some form of harm some where down the road no matter how safe and sound you are.

Who? The open-minded, or the people trying to rain on our parade?

But forgive me if my grasp of english analogies isn't as broad as some others, though I think I do very well.

Does anything think Female Shepard gets the short end of the stick when it comes to romances? I chose Kaidan in the original ME and I think I'll stay faithful to him for ME3, but they make the choice too easy because I don't want my Shepard to be a lesbian (but it's ok if you do ) and all the male aliens are butt ugly (sorry Garrus). It's not fair that manShep practically has a sexy interspecies harem with the Asaris and the Quarians (even though I can't see Tali's face I assume she's hot) as well as Miranda and the ME3 version of Ashley (damn). I wish they'd give us more attractive male aliens or at least more interesting human men to get with (Jacob is boring to me). What are your opinions on this and who did you choose your femShep to romance?

Because they're not your species?

If you don't find dogs or cats (different species from this world) physically attractive, why would you find other species from other worlds attractive?

I'm a Garrus fan, but if any human can look at, what is essentially a bipedal dinosaur and be physically aroused.. then there is something wrong with your wiring.

You're supposed to be physically attracted to your own species.

The only reason the Asari attraction can be defended is that they're basically 90% human in their appearance.

Krogan? Turians? Not at all.

This guy makes a very good point..

And a sorta obvious one at that. The only way to have an alien which looks like a good looking human is to call a good looking human an alien. Which is what they did with the "monogendered" Asari. Still, I find it odd people find them attractive with the Calamari Smurf look. Nearly all of the Tali art that's praised have her looking exactly like a human behind the mask.

But I suppose if the question is "where are my monogendered blue men masculine aliens?" Then it's a fairly fair one.

Not me in particular, but a lot of people like the idea of replacing their father due to sexual frustrations that they believe a mother can alievieate.

Read some Freud, people are f**ked up when it comes to their sexual proclivities. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I thought Freud was discredited by now.   And if I recall correctly, even he said that sometimes a cigar was just a cigar. :P

And sometimes wanting to commit incest is wanting to commit incest. The psychological community has accepted the vast majority of his findings, especially in the area of the psychosexual. Also, his theory of the Oedipus Complex is accepted with almost no reservation.

His body of work is huge, especially in the area of sexual relations. Do you honestly think he's been discredited?

More heart than head I suppose?:D

I believe heavily in jungian archetypes, but many people stretch beyond stereotypes, but sadly too many people are nothing but. That's where Frued comes in. People are shockingly disturbed.
