 For some reason when I start a new game it will not let me import my DA:O saves. I have previously played the game and had no problems importing these saves. It had been a while since I played and I first noticed that it wasn't acknowledging any of my old DA2 saves. I solved this problem by copying the character folder from the DA 2 files in Documents to the DA 2 files under the Applications/Dragon Age II/Package Contents/ in the approprriate spot. This is weird because it has always loaded them out of Documents previously. Anyway, I tried copying the character files for origins to the equivalent spot to see if DA 2 would recognize them there since it's apparently being weird now, but no luck. When I get to creating a character and choose to import an Origins save there are simply no choices except a dimmed out "Select a Different Character" and "back". It's making me a little mental. Any ideas on how to fix this problem would be much appreciated.

Edit: I have installed Mark of the Assassin and Exiled Prince DLC since the last time I played but I'm not sure how that would make any difference

Resolved. Reinstall fixed it. Go figure
