Hi

I'm having problems with my DLC's for ME2.

I havent played the game in little over a year. Back then i bought several DLC's from the bioware site. Now i decided start up the game again, so that im prepared for ME3. When i start the game, the menu says "Connecting to Cerberus Network..." And then almost instantly says "Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log into Cerberus Network with the account used to purchase the DLC." And then a list of the DLC's.

Problem is, i havent changed my account, i only have this one account at Bioware and EA. I thought i had forgotten the password, so tried to make a "forgot your password..." but it still doesent work.

The game has not been uninstalled since then, and my savegames are intact.

What am i doing wrong? :(

Firstly, I would suggest registering your game on the forums, in case there is some weird link issues between Cerberus Network, and your account on here.
Secondly, do they show up when you go here:

I have the same problem, but they do not show on
http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php
This is my new account ( as my previous one was on different e-mail and I can't log in for some reason ) and it connects to ea.com as much, as it has already registered Mass Effect 2 game, but none of the DLC's.

If you are looking for all the dlc you had previously, then if you can't get ea to transfer or open the account back for you, then you will have to rebuy it all. Buy a cerberus code for all the "free" with purchase dlc and rebuy all the other DLC BECAUSE DLC IS LINKED TO YOUR EA/BIOWARE ACCOUNT not your GAME id numbers. So if this is a new account there is no DLC linked to it.

Wow, that's cute. Even with a proof of me having spent money to buy it all, I might just go pirate on it and have it for free.

Proof is in your account that you lost. Or you can talk to EA over at EA.com and try to get one of the help reps to either fix your account or see if they will transfer the items over. But as stated above, the DLC are all linked to your account NOT your game.

a word of warning I just spoke to Ea support and, in typical ea fashion they claim it is everyone else problem but theirs. apparently it is a steam issue. I have contacted steam when i get a response i'll let you know of a fix, i suspect though it's Ea refusing to do anything and hoping it will go away just like they do with BF3

What are you talking about? Nothing you say is of any relevance to the above posts. If you want help, say so, and tell us exactly what the problem is.

I wasn't asking for help which is why I didn't ask for it, I was simply stating that I was looking for a solution to the same problem and was speaking to an ea support, and would post any solutions they gave me so people didn't have to go through the process too. as far as I have been told it seems if anyone is running the steam versions the problem is on steam end not ea, therefore contact steam first to save time

It was of relevance to the original post in that, upon starting the game it claims installed dlc is unauthorized. I am yet to hear back from steam, when I get a response I will post it to save others the trouble

I finally fixed it, for those with steam versions, ensure the game is registered on the site, then activate the Cerberus key or contact ea for a replacement one if you don't have a valid one, make sure all your content is connected to your account then delete all dlc and re install. you'll still get the error, but log in to the network and it will authorize and it will be in game when you start a new one/continue a previous one. if anyone needs clarification let me know and i'll try to help
