Installed it to my laptop. Starts up ok then I run into some problems when I try to start a new game. Basically it just stays in the opening menu. I'll try to get a screenshot later.

Anyways my specs:
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
Display: 15.6-inch LED-backlit full HD display (1920 x 1080)
Processor: Intel Core i7-740QM quad-core processor (1.73 GHz with Turbo Boost up to 2.93 GHz)
Chipset: Intel HM55
Graphics:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M 1.5GB GDDR5 VRAM

Have you made absolutely certain that the Intel video onboard isn't what the launcher has booted up on? It won't support the actual game properly, and nVIDIA's drivers for Optimus are not foolproof at selecting the correct video solutions.

1) Please register the game on the forums. This is not an accusation, but given the spate of users with illegally downloaded copies coming to the forums asking for help, forum registration is the only way we can be sure we are dealing with a legit copy. Illegally downloaded copies include hacked and modified files which could be either corrupt, or full of malware. Once its registered, we will be happy to help. Forums Registration here;

2) Please post a full problem report as per this thread: http://social.biowar...6/index/4795299

3) Don't try and hijack someone elses thread.

how is it installed? disc or DL? if disc, can you verify that its not scratched and works on another computer?
Sounds silly, but i've encountered similair problems in the past pulling out a few year old game disc.
