Hmm it was years ago, but in the archives of the Darwin awards is a story about a scandinavian. Kefka died without removing his smile, just staring at you until he was gone. Mildly manly, mostly godly.

Revolver Ocelot/Liquid Snake in MGS4 died in a brutal fist fight with Old/Solid Snake. That was very manly.
