Bah, it rained for *3 out of the 5 months I was stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington. Anyways, currently living in Colorado. I love it here.
*Slight exaggeration but it did rain a lot. Pretty depressing.

Hmmm, I've always wondered why people equate rain with depression. I love rain. I love green things. I also like cool'ish to cold weather.
CO is cool too. I make a trip up to CO every year.

Wikipedia says, your state is full of Irish, Italian, German and French. Curiosity: Are you any of these?
Also There is a Springfield in your northern state. Say salute to Simpsons!
Yep, historically a lot of immigrants came into the state. I'm part Irish, part Italian, and part Slovak.
For some reason all of the states in New England seem to have their own Springfield.

Teeny tiny Finnish countryside village. I guess it's not that bad, at least it's peaceful and safe. I do miss my life in the city sometimes though....being around people but still being somewhat "alone" had it's own charm. It would also be easier to get a freaking job in the city....

Things like seasonal affective disorder, perhaps: I know that sunshine cheers me up and its absence brings me down, although I do often like rainy weather.jcainhaze wrote...

I've been wanting to move away my entire life, but haven't found the ambition. It's nice here, for the most part, but like a Khajiit, I long for warm sands.
