Okay, I tried to have a conversation with this on tvTropes, but the kids there are just a bunch of stupid teenagers who I really cannot have such a discussion with.

Anyway, seriously, WHY the hail is Altair not in Awakening? He's a Grey Warden, why the hay isn't he with the Wardens where he darn well belongs, helping fight this impending new apocalypse? Those ridiculous kids on tvTropes say "Oh he's in the Blue Warden HQ in Whiteshopped!" Firstly, where did anyone get this idea from? There nothing in the game to indicate this.

Second, why do we get absolutely no letter, no explanation whatsoever for his absence? Even if the Warden is his never marry girlfriend, he couldn't even send HER a damn letter? I demand an explanation. The kids on tropes said "Oh because the stuffed shirts in the Anderfalls called him away to demand he explain how banging the creepy witch girl let the Hero live!" When I tried to explain things to them they wouldn't listen. I mean ESPECIALLY if the Warden is his girlfriend, not IF she is. He's absent with no explanation even if you're a male Warden who's in love with Morrigan, in which case this urine haired loser would know absolutely nothing about the Dark Ritual and therefore that given idea is void. Because there's no way the Warden would ever, ever tell the kid about it.

I just want to know where this stupid incompetent insufferable idiot disappeared to. We were stuck with this loser all throughout Origins, and kicking the whingy little twit OUT of the party wasn't an option. Now in Awakening when we actually NEED another Warden (who for some reason become an endangered species wherever the PC goes), this stupid twit up and vanishes with NO explanation. I demand to know why.

This is another reason why I like Loghain soooo much better. He's just so cool. I would decapitate a thousands Altairs for him.

Altair is too busy assassinating Templars during the Third Crusade.

No-no-no, the old fart's just realised he lost the key to the toilet he made from designs he looked at in the Apple.

Oh, ButterflyEffect XD Stick to arguing about hair colours and alien genders in the ME forums. Trolling when you can't spell the name of the character you're trying to defame is just going to make your opening sentence look even more precious.

I purposely spell the names of characters I don't like incorrectly just to make a point of how much I detest them.

You didn't answer my question. Where did that brainless twit kid with a multiple personality disorder vanish to right when we need another Warden besides ourself?

Really? Because it just looks like you can't spell.

I so totally want Altair to appear in DA3 ... or Ezio... actually I prefer Ezio, but if thats not possible Altair.

Ezio could take over the Crows and be BFFs with Zev !

Ooo - I smell a GAME of the YEAR award. Posted Image

The Eagle has landed!

Obviously the chaos theory is referring to this:

Therefore, the cosmos themselves has dictated that the only possible answer to the inquiry is 42.

Um... no... the cosmos must be wrong. Chaos cannot be answered with an even number. The answer must be 41 or 43.

So life is a crap shoot with a d6 and a d5.20?  Hmm, interesting theory... quite chaotic... I approve!

I can't let anyone be ignorant, even in a troll thread by BE. Go watch/read/listen to Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy! Just remember to bring a towel and DON'T PANIC. 42 will make sense. You'll thank us for guiding you to this!

You're not answering my honest question. Why was this character left out of Awakening and what's with the kids on Tvtropes spouting this nonsense? Is there any truth in it?

As usual, BE, I haven't got a clue what you're talking about... King Alistair showed up in my Queen Cousland's Awakenings. Clearly, you just didn't romance him hard enough. Didn't you like the romance in the game?

I personally think Altair was left out of Awakenings because he wasn't in Dragon Age. I mean it would have been pretty silly to pay the license fee to put a character not in the original game to be in the expansion pack of said game. And as for TVTropes, well, I can only say the troglodytes and homonculi tend to travel in packs. Just keep the billy goats handy.

We answered this the last time you complained about it. If you're going to troll, at least come up with a new topic each time.

Altair can't help you he's too occupied fighting Templars, but Eizo would be able to help, but he died ,so try Desmond, not sure someone within the bloodline though!
