lol

Now that LoK ended i can say for sure that Zuko followed by Zaheer and Amon are my favorite antagonists of the series so far.
That was a good finale, probably even better than ATLA's.
You have Varrick's proposal, Wu's singing, Hiroshi's sacrifice, Bolin's lava shuriken, Mako being cool, Bolin, Korra manhandling Kuvira, Kuvira being given a sliver of depth and sympathy, Korra's and Wu's character development, Julie's and Varrick's wedding, and Korrasami... mmm.
Hope there's another series?
unfortunately there wont be another series, at least not for the foreseeable future. Nick just isn't risking another Avatar series.
Excellent.
I simply started commenting code until it disappeared. I think it looks better now.

Yeah, I think the only way it happens is if they accept the fact that its mostly adults watching and go from there. I seem to recall that Disney was not thrilled when they learned that it was adults watching Tron Uprising, maybe Nick is better than that.
Thanks for bi-erasure people. Seriously, thank you so much for discriminating against bisexuals. #Sarcasm

Lol yeah I have no clue what he's on about.

Reading a lot of "oh Korra is a lesbian now!" everywhere online, even on this thread. Well, uh... Guys, Korra could be bisexual. The mountains before they left for that vacation had bisexual pride flag colours as well. It's like it's easy to call someone gay or lesbian and forget about bisexuality. When people speak of bi-erasure, they speak of the fact others aren't thinking about bisexual as a sexuality at all. To me, Korra and Asami are bisexual if they are both attracted to men and women. Voilà.

Sim's fault? Nah... Wait, what are we talking about again? (Sim and I are pals.)

You telling me you have never held your friend's hands and looked intensely into their eyes without saying a word as you stood in front of the vehicle you'd be using to travel just the two of you?
What's romantic about that? People are imagining things.
Would "same sex" or "queer" couple be better than "lesbian" couple? Because erasure wasn't my intent, just to distinguish that it was a romance between women. Thanks for bi-erasure people. Seriously, thank you so much for discriminating against bisexuals. #Sarcasm

Sorry people, I'm too distracted by the picture TheViper posted. So funny and cute...
Jeremy Zuckerman's posted the closing musical cue to his Soundcloud account. Here it is:

So this season is actually only 8 episodes long. Next episode isthe finale whereToph brutally murders Kuvira and her goons for messing up her garden, andeveryoneelse just gets back to republic city andhave a party. With fireworks and main couple sharing a kiss at the end and all that.
Hey, I was almost right! ... well maybe half-right. Or more like a third. Surely this is a sign of the impending apocalypse.
All things considered this was a pretty good finale. The main problem being that season 4, more than any other Korra season so far, didn't get enough episodes to really flesh out the plot and characters. Giving us a few flashbacks of the 3 years Kuvira spent going around the earth kingdom trying to stabilize it and showing her progressively get "corrupted" by power would have really helped make her seem less like a mustache twirling villain. And as much as I like the Korrasami pairing, it could have used a bit more development too (though I'd probably never get enough Korrasami, and its still one of the most developed relationship throughout the entire show).
Maybe in a future comic book. I'd be down for one about their vacation in the spirit realm, with their surroundings being affected by their current state of mind, leading to potentially funny/awkward/cute scenes. With Iroh bumping in at some point and spouting off some wise-sounding and embarrassing lines about romance and love.
I also wish more characters had gotten an epilogue. the last few moments go by pretty fast, and some characters are kinda left out, like the Beifongs, Tenzin's kids, Iroh-Man, etc.
So yeah, I think they did a pretty good job with the amount of episodes they had. I just wish we had gotten more.
Edit because typos. So many typos. I blame my keyboard. It's clearly possessed by an evil spirit.

Speaking of the Beifong's, what do you think happened to Bataar? It seemed like he was going to get a pass after all that.

If this is the case i'd want for either Cartoon Network or Netflix to pick this series up.

It's not just a matter of the network, though. Both Michael and Bryan have stated they want to take a break from the Avatar universe of the rather permanent nature.

It's likely he'll be judged for his actions alongside Kuvira. Unlike her, however, he has a family who'll support him.
lol
Hah! This is fantastic, and kinda how I felt when I watched the final image before the credits.

I don't expect another series, and it seems like there won't be another anyway, but as for the rest, I agree. I didn't really expect the finale of this series to somehow be more satisfying than A:TLA, yet surprisingly, it was.
It scares me how much you are like Geth sometimes.
Yes if we were fighting game characters we would be tag team partners.
Oh and as for Korra.
Good ending.
