The show was decent, season 4 was a huge let down though.
I think book 4 was kind of a mixed bag. I loved Kuvira and Korra’s recovery arc was well done. But we also got a boring clipshow episode and some of the more pointless characters got wayyy too much screentime. I know I sure wanted Asami to have more screen time in place of characters like Meelo and Wu (!). I mean, her only real plotline this season was forgiving her father and that was a 5-minute b-plot until the last episode...
I found most everything beyond the first season to be garbage, but this almost makes all that suffering worth it:

Book One's story was pretty tight all around and had, to my mind, the series' best villain.
Looks like this might not be the end for Korra:
COMIC-CON: AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER AND THE LEGEND OF KORRA PANEL WILL TEASE THE FUTURE
According to the panel's description, series creators Mike DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko will be in attendance, where the pair will "discuss past storylines and tease the future at a panel full of surprises and behind-the-scenes stories."
Since the panel is presented by Dark Horse as well odds are we're getting a Korra comic book series post-Book 4.

I dunno. Book 3 had my favorite of the lot in the end.

Zaheer started off well but got tangled in his philosophy. Still, he was redeemed a bit in Book 4 so he probably ranks second in my list.

According to the co-creators, they have three volumes of Korra comics planned, with DiMartino taking point on the writing and Konietzko consulting on the art.
Dark Horse also revealed new key art for the first volume (seen above, drawn by Konietzko), which features Korra and Asami walking back out of the Republic City Spirit Portal we saw them enter at the end of the series. "We're definitely going to focus on Korra and Asami's relationship," DiMartino said.
Same as the Avatar comics, the Korra comics will detail the aftermath of the show, with no major time jump from Book Four to Volume One. In other words, the comics will pick up around where the animated series left off.
I'm still trying to find a video of the panel. In the meantime, I found the actual cover for Book Four's art book:

Watch as they break up
No they are going to have a spirit baby, then Korra is going to cave under the pressure of being a mom in a same sex relationship. This will cause her to then run away to the fire nation and join a cult that worships a thing called god. The cult will tell Korra that her past was some kind of sin and that they will help her get her life back together so long as she stays in the cult. Back at Future Industries, Asami now burdened with the task of raising their spirit baby, and running her company will grow more and more depressed pining for her one true love Korra to return when one night she is visited by the ghost of her dead father who tells her she has to fight for the love she wants, this will inspire Asami to perfect her waning kempo skills, and create a suit of armor similar to Ironman's but made for a woman. Asami then becomes the Iron Maiden and leaves the spirit baby with Jinora while she searches for Korra in the Fire Nation as said vigilante and fighting crime. Back in the Earth Kingdom Prince Wu and Officer Mako have decided they are okay with their relationship and openly come out as the new same sex couple of the year, to the praise and cheer of the Earth Kingdom people.
good news M knight Shamalan is directing the Korra movie.

I hope it's animated this time, it would improve the movie significantly.

I guess the lesson wasn't learned after the atrocity that was The Last Airbender. I want to say that I'll avoid this like the plague, but I'll no doubt torrent it out of curiosity, and immediately regret that decision like I did with the other one.

She's being facetious.
There's no way he's getting his hands on another Avatar property, lol.
True.i was either drunk, stoned, delearious from bloodloss or just bored take yer pick.
mind you the guy who directed the Last airbender trailer. i'd hire him to direct the movie.
So if they make a new series its Earth. do you think they will make the character an openly homosexual ore something?
stop necroing threads
Cadaver bending?
But dude atleast this is from this year.
dude last post was in July thats more just gentely nudgeing from a doze posting.
I dunno. Book 3 had my favorite of the lot in the end.
For me it's a toss up between Zaheer and Amon. At the last second of Book III, he goes into cackling villain territory which felt uncharacteristic. On the other hand, the S1 finale just felt bland all around with the revelation of "Amon's a water/blood-bender!" falling flat.
