I think I'll just stick to watching the original series. Every. Last. Episode.

On a weekly or daily basis?

Monthly.

I hope Tenzin tells her to **** off. Korra treats him like ****, then expects help when she crawls back.

I'm hoping they both realize that they can both use some work, but Korra more-so.

I'm with Mad Hanar. Tenzin is not so self-centered as to blow Korra off once he finds out what's going on. I expect lots of Korra style bawling and possible hugging followed by a flight to the south. If Tenzin is initially stubborn and the writers want to be especially dramatic about it, Aang will momentarily possess Korra to say waz up. XD

Okay, so, I bought Season one of Korra yesterday and watched it, good stuff.
Is Season 2 good so far?

I like it, Korra could use some work, but the best two episodes were the last two, involving Wan.

Worth it if only for Beginnings.

I'm an unabashed fan of original and Korra.  But seriously, the two episodes with Wan might be some of my favorite television ever.

I agree that as a protagonist, Korra could use some work, but the original Team Avatar took a while before getting their character development, so I'm willing to give her time.

Book two has been mediocre so far. I think it's worth watching if you're a diehard fan. It has its moments despite flaws. Its main problem is inconsistent characterization that doesn't match up with what we saw in book one, and slow pacing. Whereas plot and character development was rushed before, it's been careening into a chasm for everyone except Tenzin this go around. It just all feels very uneven.

That said, it hasn't reached a point where I contemplated not watching anymore.

- Dragonfly-Rabbit spirits are my new favorite thing.

- Tenzin's 'I knew it!' reaction to Korra's story made me chuckle. XD

- The burning means it works...

- Unalaq obsessed much? No wonder his children are so pallid. :P He's a total dick to them.

- Am I the only one who immediately thought of Batman when the bats showed up? :P

- Korra finally succeeded at performing Unalaq's technique. About time. And she apologized to Tenzin without crying?! It's a miracle! A miracle!

- Aaand Mako is back to being a jerkass. I don't care that he got framed. Suck it, Mako. :P

- Unfortunately Lin is also still acting like an idiot. Le sigh.

- So I guess that confirms Vaatu is the big bad this go around. Unalaq remains as uninspired as ever, tho'. I'm kinda more interested in seeing where the Varrick subplot is going right now since Vaatu's goal is pretty obvious. I guess we can look forward to Asami playing amateur detective. Although I'm not sure anything she can do now will redeem her attraction to Mako. Ah well, no one's perfect! >.<

So Unalaq can bend in the spirit world because he enters it physically. I wonder how Korra will handle him since only her spirit made it into the spirit world, and like Aang, she shouldn't be able to use her bending.

Lin needs to get back to being awesome soon or I'll start biting.

You need to watch ATLA first though. Cause I'll be throwing flaming spoilers at you, Melon-Lord style.

Just kidding, I'll try to be careful. And I promise I won't set them on fire.

I really thought it would fade to black as with every series when somebody says "it's a long story" but it subverted that device and had Korra go into a full-speed summary of Book 2.:D
