Nah, first vote was for the whole package. Then they decided because of all the people hating on blondes they did another vote for hair color, and THEN redhead one.

The first vote saw alot of comments about how they voted for 6 more for the hair style with alot of them saying they wanted 6 in a different shade. Bioware saw an opportunity to milk the facebook polls for more when they didn't need to and made a second poll with several hair colour options with 6's face and hairstyle.
