Hi. I keep getting this problem where I want to go down to Deck 3 of the
Normandy but whenever I do the game goes to the loading screen and
after about three minutes of "loading" I get the 'Mass Effect 2 has
stopped working' message. This is happening across all my saved games, I
have tried playing it in windowed mode and it still crashes.

I
recently bought (in chronological order from the first) Lair of the
Shadowbroker, Genesis, Kasumi, Arrival, Firepower Pack DLCs.

I have no idea how to fix this, please help me.

The problem started when I tried to go to deck 3 of the Normandy, can still play the game but cannot talk to NPCs on Deck 3. The hours of gameplay don't matter it will only happen when I try to take the elevator to Deck 3.

Please register the game on the forums. Ok will do that. Also I reinstalled the game and works fine now, sorry for wasting anyones time
