It sounds like Sean Bean to me, at first I thought it was Richard Armitage but I still dont trust imdb...

First thing I thought of after seeing this thread was to rewatch that trailer. As for it sounding "different", that could depend on the recording method. There where a few voices in other games (ME series included) that I thought I recognised a bit, but it wasn't until after I looked up the characters' VA's that I realized who they were. My bet is on Sean Bean as Nigel Fishnchips.

The Big Ben Sniper is not Sean Bean. I recognise the voice from other VO work on UK tv, such as documentaries or adverts. I know it, but cannot place it, and it is maddening to me. But not Bean, for sure. He has a bit more timbre in his voice. Even when he talks posh, like, you can't take the Yorkshire out of his voice.

 Reckon the sniper's face is based on Chris Ryan:

He was the other SAS guy who wrote a book based on the Bravo-Two-Zero mission from the Gulf War. He was played by Paul McGann in the tv movie, while his 'nemisis' Andy McNab, in the other tv movie, of his version of events, was played by.... Sean Bean.

Whoever this guy is I think he did some work in the Fable 3 DLC Traitors Keep. but I still haven't been able to find out a name or anything. Although it does sound quite like Nicholas Boulton...

Damn. I was quite convinced. I just figured he changed his inflection for the role (like comparing Janus, Martin Septim and Eddard Stark), or the recording system they used altered it somewhat.
