I need a cutscene file like this: 2 chars walk together and talking.  The camera shows them half-size and move with them. Please can somebody create file like this and send me?

It sounds like you might have the FOV turned up too much if the characters look very tiny - try 32-38 for a medium shot, and you really shouldn't go much beyond 45 (maybe 50, but you start to get a fish-eye effect there). And the movement of the camera makes it sound like you've got your camera linked to an actor - you can animate it by hand and it'll work a lot better.
