Nahhhh, Shepard doesn't always have a helmet on and I would like it if Mass Effect stays far away from Halo or Cortana.


Nah, I still think EDI will get a humanoid robotic body. Then she'll become a squad member and Shepard can take her with him on missions as a squaddie. 

She could be the guaranteed tech squadmate they need to provide for those who fail at the Suicide Mission!

Well, Bioware did state that they were "working on" a Joker/EDI romance. It'll be interesting to see...

someone mentioned EDI in Shep's omnitool. that would be kinda similar to Cortana in Halo. Except Cortana lived in a module attached to Master Chief's helmet

Well any redesign is better. EDI looks like a round holographic talking blue wilt chamberlian's daily glove in Mass Effect 2.

... Confusing for who? it'll have "EDI: something EDI says" below her when she talks (if you have subs on), I think she will have an appearance change because Joker has been on the net looking for skin mods the whole time he's waiting for Shep during the trial.

So the genetic cripple has to go with the computer.  Some people actually want their Sheps to be with Joker, than everyone wins.

And if EDI ever got a body and it was hot then I think it would be meant to appeal to the jims. Especially if it looked like Tricia
