There's always going to be Cortana references if she ends up looking like a VI from ME1, only slightly different.

If she's blue, then there'll be even MORE Cortana references.

I think I'd quite like something like that, because whilst looking like a human female, she/it is clearly still a machine. I wouldn't want EDI's physical form to just be an exsue to have a copy of Tricia Helfer in the game.

Personally, I think if EDI gets a human-like body, it absolutely must be based on Tricia Helfer. At least scan her face in.

Considering EDI's voice actor, a body would be pretty nice.

It seems likely that Mac Walter s and Bioware who, let's face it, create a pretty amazing storytelling experience in most of their stuff, wouldn't have things like EDI become a robot and a Prothean miraculously survive the reapers galaxy wide genocide. Personally, I think the script that was leaked is a little too ridiculous, and, most likely was leaked by Bioware itself to stop people hacking into their systems/directly and intentionally mislead people. But hey, that's my opinion. Also, EDI's appearance in ME2 was based on the Mass Effect Core =D
