If my Shep as much as *hears* the word wedding he's running in the opposite direction. He'd rather sleep with harbinger first.

Coward, nothing wrong with sealing the love bond with marriage!!!
But depends who your LI is..

He doesn't have an LI. That's why he's running.

It'll probably be one of them trying to drag him to the alter.

RUN SHEP RUN!

Haha, I can imagine Grunt & Wrex draging your shep by his feet to the alter xD

No weddings of any kind. This a war story not a dating sim, get that through your heads...

I wish I could find the scene from Independence Day towards the end where Will Smith marries Vivica Fox in a tiny ceremony...

I think what people are afraid of is the big weddings with crying and the huge audience...

No. It's just a bad concept. Full stop.

I don't romance Liara, so I don't exactly have a vested interest in this.
But for the sake of her fans, if they have to do marriage, it's better an option. And even better than that no marriage at all. So the fans can imagine whatever they like, if they're so inclined.

Everyone in a tux. Instead of armor I want everyone to Suit Up!

I'm not opposed to the idea of Liara/Shepard wedding/bondmate ceremony (guess it's fair if other LI's have it as well) but not until the Reapers are destroyed. I'd say put it in the epilogue with a nice picture or a small scene. Haters wouldn't get points for their 'waste of resources' argument that way either. Everyone is happy. :)

I don't want to see a wedding, I want to see Shepard make good on that Female Camp Breeding Request...

I'd love weddings as an option for a type of epilogue for all romances, but by no means for Liara only or mandatory.

I think it'd be nice if you could marry any of the LI. Only at the end ofc.

BioWare also seems to support the idea as well since you can marry quite a few LI's in Star Wars: The Old Republic...

I'd like it if you got the option of proposing to your LI about mid-way through or towards the end of the game. If you chose to, it means you get a wedding at the end of the main storyline. But by all means, you don't have to propose.

No one ever gets married during wartime, of course.  No one thinks that since they might very well die soon, they probably shouldn't put things off any longer.

ME3 actually presents an interesting challenge for Bioware - they haven't really dealt with existing relationships before, not since Throne of Bhaal anyway.  It'll be interesting to see how they deal with it, assuming they don't wuss out and make them effectively start from scratch again.

Or, they could do it ala Pirates of the Caribbean 3, because that wouldn't be too cheesy or anything

I'd want to propose to her but not a wedding. It just wouldn't seem right to stop and do that while people are dying on Earth.

And then Shepard kind of dies in the final battle but is saved by The Goddess. He must then travel the galaxy, gathering remains of spaceships and salvage them, after doing that for 10 years he can land on a planet again.

I'd want to propose to her but not a wedding. It just wouldn't seem right to stop and do that while people are dying on Earth.

A proposal scene would actually be awesome and a very emotional moment if done right. Though save the wedding itself for the epilogue.

And those were a joke.

They were so bad it was comical. Of course, you could brainwash people into marrying you by wearing jewellery.
