 I'm having a problem, i've purchased DA2 through Steam in march 11, 2011... i was able to play it just fine until yesterday...

My problem is the following:

I start, as usual, Dragon Age 2 from my Library in steam, it executes, the Launcher pops up, i select the "Play" Option, launcher disappears, and then the "Preparing to Launch Dragon Age II" steam message reapears and the LAUNCHER is back in screen.

I can't get in the game

I've deleted the game first, then reinstalled it, same problem

I've uninstalled the game using Revo Uninstaller, along with all mods/documents/registry entries, and even though, IT STILL DOES NOT WORK.

HELP!

Sounds like you need to talk to Steam.

Steam no longer supports Dragon Age II because EA removed it from their store, and EA doesn't supports my game because i purchased it through steam...

I'm no great fan of the Origin system, but I dislike Steam equally. You may not be as negative about Origin. EA will be happy to swap you their digital download for Steam's, no charge.

Indeed, you should be able to use your CD key to download the game via Origin.

And did EA actually refuse to help you?  Or are you just assuming?

EA actually refused to help me. (Online Support Via Origin)

I've registered my game of course through EA DOWNLOAD MANAGER a long time ago, but since i've got it through steam...

Tonight im gonna download RELOADED or RAZOR1911 crack, and see if that works.

This should be a straight-forward "Steam-to-Origin" fix by EA.  I've had nothing but success working with their customer support (support.ea.com) on both DA and ME issues. 
I find that the Live-Chat seems to be the most responsive way to get help.
