Taken from the wiki, the +1/+2 is really confusing:blink:
Also, rather off topic, i don't whats the point of items that give health regen while exploring; out of combat health regen seems pretty fast

+x regen regenerates +x hitpoints while in combat, and zero while not. oO

Second one is basically recover time, If there are waves of enemies, having it equipped could be handy

I assume you get those stats from the wiki or database. Basically, some item stats differ slightly in PC version and console version, and these numbers reflect that when listing the item on said database or wiki. The first number usually corresponds to PC version, and the second to console. There are many other stats that can differ between the two versions, such as stam and mana regen items, +damage to certain enemy groups, sometimes other stats too.

As such, because listing the two numbers pertains to showing the difference between the two version of game (PC and console), you wouldn't actually see "+1/+2" in game, just +1 in one  version and +2 on the other.

PC version is more difficult because the controls are smoother, so difficulty is higher. Console difficulties are lower due to the controls being a bit more clunky. Each difficulty level on the pc is harder than the equivalent difficulty level on the console. Because of this, many items are slightly stronger on the console.
