I'm having the same problem with it giving me this error message "error video card " any way it want recognize the video card that I have installed. What is wrong with the game? It will not register the code key either. I brought it because I wanted to play the mods that I had seen on youtube, that you are not able to play on PS3.

You nor the OP have GAME trouble, you have "I wanna ignore the requirements" trouble.

You might be able to sort out the key, but there is no replacement for the missing hardware other than digging into your wallet to upgrade your hardware to pass the minimum.
