Anyway to print current Codex entries or convert to PDF so I can read it outside the game?

My time on my computer is limited. Hence when I go play, I worry about doing quests, leveling, dialog, etc. I barely read new Codex entries, just a quick skim. I always make a mental note to read it in detail sometime later, but I never do.

Now I am fairly deep into the game. I have like 50+ new Codex entries to read. And I am starting to feel that I need to read more entries to get better enjoyment of the game as some dialog with characters I am not getting the full point because I didn't read the Codex entries.

What I'd like to do is read them off-line. Like during my lunch time at work. I can read it as PDF (os some other electronic copy) or printouts (PDF perferred to save some trees). Is this possible?

btw - If it is a PDF type, I prefer a PDF of my Codex at its current state. I don't want the full Codex of every entry possible. I want to avoid spoilers and also just have the information that I should have at my point in the game.

Thanks!

There is currently no way to do this, at least there isn't something like that in the stock game. Maybe a mod will come out like that. I've never seen anything like that built into a game though so I would imagine it isn't something that is high on the lists for devs to implement. But it never hurts to ask! =)

Then I humbly ask the devs for support for this :)

Actually I'm surprised one does not exist so far. I searched the forum and there were a lot of thread about if people take the time to read Codex entries and such. I think such support would be popular.

Yeah I can agree, it would be cool to see. Alot of the codex stuff is 1-2 paragraphs though so thankfully most of it isn't that long. I tend to read my codex every few quests so I don't have a backlog of unread codex stuff.

I posted this question long time ago and I finally found this:

http://da-codex.appspot.com/

Thought I'd share.

Obviously there are some entries that are dependent on how that PC played the game so it is variable. But other entries are always the same (like history stuff).

Oh yeah obviously that link has a completed Codex so it would have spoilers. Click on it at your own risk.

The above mentioned tools are good PDF creator. If you like, you can also try the flip book creator to convert your created PDF files to a nice ebook: http://bit.ly/oMbfWa
