If you've recently been shot in the head, it might be a good idea to seek medical treatment before making a new thread.

What did I say that you disagree with? Was it the Liara thing. I'm guessing it's the Liara thing.

I'm sure that there are more people that are into this kind of thing, don't worry.

I agree OP. I like that she's racist. It makes me feel superior about my own open-mindedness and cosmopolitanism.

100% seriously speaking though, it's an important element that makes her a unique and realistic character.

You realize Kasumi is a theif right? How open-mind are you? because that's kind of dangerouns.

Either way, yes, unique and realistic, plus very funny. Most of her dialogue is the best. Her and wrex. hubba hubba.

She wasn't horribly racist; she was mistrustful of aliens in part because of her background and in part because of humanity's background. She was willing to work with them if that was required to get the job done.

I agree. but that 'tad' bit of racism is enough to make her loveable. I wish more characters were like that.

Maybe make Vega homophobic. He looks the type atleast.

Shepard could be a pretty hardcore racist, if I remember correctly. Then again, I haven't played ME 1 for a while, but he could be more racist than Ashley.

Superior to Daeel? Indubitably. Superior to me? Not quite.

Okay, time to get all English 101 up in this b*tch. There is a difference between disliking a character as a person and disliking a character as a character. I like Ashley as a character, I hate her as a person. I agree, her racisim did give her character as did her many other...contentious opinions. I like that she is on the team and that those opinions are represented. That does not mean that I like her as a person. I loathe Ashley. Everything she says makes me want to punch her in the mouth, and I appreciate that in a character. That is how I feel about this and I suspect many others do as well.

Of course, I could just be blowing smoke and these people completely hate all aspects of her ever. I mean, it is the BSN...

I like Ashley as a character, one of the better developed (in more ways than one :o) characters, it does make her more realistic and human as a quality. All things considered I like her very much as a character and hope to see more in ME3.

She's a spectre now. I wonder if that'll even matter when it comes to her racism.

OP Ashley is cautious not racist, She hate's Cerberus and Terra ferma, both groups are extremely anti-alien and pro-human and on Virmire she volenter's to work with the STG and she dosen't even wait for Shepard to tell her to do so, also you can convice her to be more open minded about alien's

See Zeely? You musta taken my comment to heart, you're a lot more clever and coherent now.

May the Empire of Zeel live long and noxious.

I actually pointed out he was Zeel in a thread he made yesterday; apparently nobody else was able to spot it. It's good to see another so observant; especially considering you've only been with us for a few days.
