By releasing the demo on valentines day they must want to compete with Hallmark, too.....


Won't be getting my wife anything for valentines day, it seems, as I'll be engrossed....

At this point..mid January..it's probably just easier to wait for the game to come out. Play the demo for the 3 weeks until the game is out.

Actually it was said that the demo was suppose to be released/launched in January.

This demo will have both single player and multiplayer sections, giving fans a taste of what's to come on March 6, 2012. Be first to the front lines in the multiplayer section of the Mass Effect 3 demo! Redemption of the Online Pass for Battlefield 3 will unlock this early access. But rallying for war is just getting started - in late November / early December, BioWare will announce other ways for fans to engage the enemy with their friends online from day one!

It's much easier to just assume that the game will be released in July and nothing else is happening between now and then.  That way, when they do announce things, it'll be a surprise.  Unless they're making promises....

If your wife has a computer or xbox or Playstation, just do the steps...

1) set to download the demo
2) take wife out and enjoy the day while downloading.
3) a few hours later, go home
4) Tell your wife you just got something for her on the PC/Xbox or Playstation
5) While she turns everything on, you hop on the demo
Then when she tries to get you, ull be occupied and the only word outa ur mouth will be: Play the demo I got for you. Happy V Day.

I did that with my ex girlfriend and she got pissed but we did a make up sex that night and it was AWESOME. I was glad to have been taken away from games that night lol.

Feb. 14th is a waste of money day. Tons of chicks wants to celebrate it with chocolate. I want to celebrate it with a good game and you know what with some chicks

Anyway, I am sad I have to wait until the 14th (if that is actually true) but I can wait. I waited this long I can wait a few more weeks. Plus that will be really soon after the Super Bowl, so getting hyped up for that (whether or not my Patriots are in it) will distract me

EA: Okay, then we'll release it on Feb 14th, that will work right?

Honestly the game shouls be near done by now the Demo should have been complete long ago especially if it was just 2 missions and it was nearly done when the leak came out shouldn't take this long but owell doesn't matter that much i guess

Yeah, it's basically a money-grab sort of a holiday, but I'm cool with those who feel otherwise of course. We just sort of adhere to the belief that every day ought to be celebrated, cheesy though it might sound.

And yeah, haha, my girlfriend is pretty rad.

Well the release date has been delayed before. So who knows.

I wonder if BioWare wasn't planning to have Kinect compatibility in the demo at first, then MS told them we want it in, so BioWare had to go back and add it in so Kinect owners can test it out.
