We're releasing a demo in January and you get all the info you could possibly need in late November or at the latest in early December.

November goes by.
December goes by.
January is already half over:

LOL. Just kidding we're releasing the demo in mid February. And not only are we're not going to explain the delay or in any way mention that we gave out wrong dates and then stayed silent for weeks,not giving out any kind of new information,no we're also making sure that not everybody can play the demo by trying to force Origin on the players.

Not for me! Ibought it used in hopes to save money... but then the whole online thing made it cost more then a new copy! I am so ticked (along with Portal 2, Uncharted 3, Assassins Creed, and maybe Skyrim), I am going to trade it in to get SSX and pay off my ME3 CE!

Let me get this straight you are trading in Battlefield 3 (this one I understand), Portal 2, Uncharted 3, Assassins Creed and Skyrim (I don't understand why these) to get SSX and Pay off ME3?

I don't want to live on this planet anymore.  You're trading in 4 amazing adventure/puzzle games in order to get one crappy one and the Limited edition of ME3 that you could easily just get money for by working.  It's only $80.  Wow.

Except if you won't play the demo because of Origin, you can't play the actual game, either. Both require access to Origin, physical disc or no physical disc.

I agree... mostly.

But BF3 is a great game. Not my cup of tea (I prefer sci-fi shooters to realistic ones), but still definitely worth having.

In general, I have to say that I am disappointed at the way EA/Bioware handled this. Delays are OK, but at least keep us informed. We were told we'd be getting info in November and that the demo would be January. Not only did we not get any INFO until January, the demo won't even be out until next month.

Oh well, at least I have a couple more ME playthroughs and BF3 to keep me company until then.

At least the multplayer is long. Even if your stats don't carry over, I can see myself playing it for at least a week. But SWTOR is too addictive, so nothing moer than 2 weeks.
